Cannot register with gitlab.archlinux.org

Tried to get a logon for gitlab.archlinux.org using accountsupport@archlinux.org, but getting this reply

Unfortunately, your email message to GitLab could not be processed.
Gitlab::Email::InvalidIssueError

Is the email interface down?

Did you include an issue number or something similar to it in your mail? Something like #42069 can sometimes make gitlab trip up

If you want you can also forward me the message to gromit@archlinux.org if you still have trouble getting your mail through

I think the issue was that you have not included a subject in your email, could just retry with one?
