I downloaded moc-2.5.2.tar.bz2 but got a "error: BerkeleyDB (libdb) not found". Is there not an executable that runs under the archlinux-2025.03.01-x86_64.iso?

No, the ISO is an installation and recovery environment, it's not meant for things like this.

You need to install ArchLinux first my friend
