[SOLVED]Mouse and Keyboard don’t work after update

I just did an update og my arch install and now my keyboard doesn’t respond after rebooting. The following packages where updated xz, fakeroot, lib32-xz, luajit and pcslite. I am using sddm as my login screen and KDE as my DE. I disabled sddm in grub at boot and I am currently in a ty and keyboard responds now so I can login via ty but I get the following error when trying to run pacman/yay:

Ldconfig: file /usr/lib/libinput.so is empty
Ldconfig: file /usr/lib/libinput.so.10 is empty
Ldconfig: file /usr/lib/libinput.so.10.13 is empty

Very confused now.

Please post the output of "pacman -Qkk libinput"

Getting this error:

Error: there was an error Reading file /var/lib/pacman/local/libinput-1.28.0-1/mtree: unrecognized archive format libinput: no mtree-file

FIXED: This got my system running again with working keyboard. I ran

pacman -S -dbonly libinput
pacman -S libinput

then reboot and my keyboard works again in sddm.
