Hello,
After a routine system update
pacman -Suy, Shotcut's preview panel is not working anymore :
- no preview
- clicking on 'play' button doesn't do anything.
- more, on the timeline, <Space> is supposed to launch the preview : play button change (so it is take in account) ... but nothing happened.
I already reinstalled Shotcut and it's dependencies, but it doesn't change anything.
Any tips, idea ?
Thanks

Shotcut's preview was highly unstable for me, it would sometimes just stop working. rebooting would mostly fix it.
Why I run Arch? To "BTW I run Arch" the guy one grade younger.

It was stable for me since its install (probably 1 year back on Arch, 3 year on Gentoo). It's the first time it's happening and even system update/ shotcut reinstallation doesn't work.
It was a good opportunity to try editing with Blender, but I have old machines where it can't run.

You could have a look at kdenlive, it's QT and very feature rich.
I've tried editing videos with blender, and IIRC simple stuff like cropping and rotating were super complicated. It also doesn't have GPU acceleration.
