Spammed cloud-init outputs when booting archlinux iso

I dont know. This happens on my second laptop, but there is no issue on the first one.

It sounds like your Arch Linux ISO is either a custom build or includes cloud-init, which isn’t standard on official Arch releases. This should stop the spammed output during boot. Something in your network is passing cloud-init configuration making it run.
You can disable cloud-init using the kernel parameter:

cloud-init=disabled

This doesn't appear to be exclusive to the guided installer.

Moving to installation board


Disliking systemd intensely, but not satisfied with alternatives so focusing on taming systemd.

clean chroot building not flexible enough ?
