ACPI Error's on Arch Install (ThinkPad T14 Gen.2) Broken Laptop?

Hello everyone,

after installing Arch on my old Laptop I wanted to install it on my ThinkPad T14 Gen2 Intel i5 1145G7 and got hit by some error messages while installing from USB. Can anyone explain them to me.

I just got the Laptop back form Lenovo, they replaced the motherboard and maybe the Fan because I had an Issue with the Intel ME Firmware as well as the Fan (kept spinning 100% even under no load.)
After I decided to abort the Install of Arch I started Win10 again and had the same Issue again (Fan not Intel ME), but it resolved after restart.

The Thermal Zone temperature error worries me that there is still something wrong with the Laptop?

Would be lovely If someone could help out! Thank you all in advance!

Most of these are normal and not cause for concern, unless you actively notice something not working you shouldn't preemptively worry about.
