Asus laptop all keyboard fn shortcuts work except for brightness

I have ASUS TUF Gaming A16 FA617NSR and I have kde plasma and g14 custom kernel installed, fn f7 (brightness increase) and fn f8 (brightness decrease) doesn't work but other fn keys do. I already tried adding "pcie_aspm=force" and "acpi_osi=" kernel modules but both did nothing and actually adding  "acpi_osi=" made grub stuck at initializing arch linux part.

Available devices:

        Max brightness: 255

Device 'input9::capslock' of class 'leds':
        Current brightness: 0 (0%)
        Max brightness: 1

Device 'enp5s0-2::lan' of class 'leds':
        Current brightness: 0 (0%)
        Max brightness: 255

Device 'enp5s0-1::lan' of class 'leds':
        Current brightness: 0 (0%)
        Max brightness: 255

Device 'enp5s0-0::lan' of class 'leds':
        Current brightness: 0 (0%)
        Max brightness: 255

Device 'asus::kbd_backlight' of class 'leds':
        Current brightness: 1 (33%)
        Max brightness: 3

Device 'input9::numlock' of class 'leds':
        Current brightness: 1 (100%)
        Max brightness: 1

Device 'input9::scrolllock' of class 'leds':
        Current brightness: 0 (0%)
        Max brightness: 1

brightnessctl works but I couldn't manage to make a shortcut for f7 and f8 keys.
