Hi I just got this issue recently, whenever my system rebooted / log off my bluetooth keyboard disconnected and I cannot reconnect again.
The error message is:
Failed to connect: org.bluez.Error.Failed le-connection-abort-by-local.I used KDE, and using bluedevil has same result. So every time i logged in my system I need to reconnect my keyboard manually using

Tries to remove and reinstall all bluez, bluez-utils, bluedevil and anything still no luck.
This is so annoy me because every time i need to manually connect my keyboard.
Surprisingly There are no problems when connect any other bluetooth devices.
And my keyboard run perfectly to other system, MAC, Windows, GNOME Arch linux
