Privoxy - local proxy / web filtering. Please.

I was using Privoxy a lot and can say only good things about it. Still, I wouldn't dare yet try making Arch pkg for it.
Is there somebody having it already or planning to make it? Or, can I kindly ask for it to be available?

I messed with it a while ago. I'll dig the PKGBUILD out and look at it again. If I remember, there was a problem where it really wanted things in /usr/local.
