falkon 24.12.3-2 seems to be updated for pyside 6.9 rebuild, but with 25.03.90-1 is pointing to 6.8.

Same issue here. pyside6 was not previously installed while falkon was working. Of course, installing pyside6 did not solve the issues since it is pointing to the wrong version.
Edit: Interesting quirk, I downgraded to falkon-24.12.3-1 and falkon still wouldn't open. Then, downgraded to falkon-24.12.2-1 and it opened but the profile was incompatible and backed up. I then upgraded to the latest version falkon-24.12.3-2 and now falkon opens. Restored the backed up session and all is well.

Same issue here.
What "same issue"? If you never has pyside installed and don't use python plugins, then the message is completely expected and shouldn't cause any issue.
