Synthesizer V Studio GTK file chooser windows do not appear

I am using Synthesizer V Studio on with KDE but whenever I click an option such as Open or Save As no file manager appears but the program becomes unresponsive as if one has opened.
In the terminal I get 2 warnings:

(zenity:18332): Gtk-WARNING **: 20:13:58.653: Unknown key gtk-modules in /home/marley/.config/gtk-4.0/settings.ini

(zenity:18332): Adwaita-WARNING **: 20:13:58.731: Using GtkSettings:gtk-application-prefer-dark-theme with libadwaita is unsupported. Please use AdwStyleManager:color-scheme instead.

Even after fixing these the issue is not resolved.

Re: Synthesizer V Studio GTK file chooser windows do not appear

Quick update I didn't exactly fix the issue but I found a work around
After doing some RE I discovered that synthv will fallback to kdialog if zenity is not installed. So you just patch the zenity string to be random string like glorpp then it will fallback to kdialog and it will work.

Shameless plug: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/qarma-git
(ie. it the problem zenity or its invocation)
