Inkscape Alt+F

Hello fellow linux users,

im using kde 6 with the global menu widget, gtk apps don't work..
but i can get around that by hitting Alt+F that will bring down the file menu
and i can navigate right or left with arrow keys... the problem with inkscape
is that when i hit Alt+F does nothing.. i tried all variants, Alt+V Alt+E Alt+F none work
is there a special shortcut on inkscape to access file menu??
