amdpstate problem and black screen

Hello everyone, I’ve been using Arch Linux for a few months and I'm still learning new things. After the initial installation, I noticed the following message appeared after rebooting. It only lasted for 2-3 seconds before the login screen showed up, and everything seems to work normally afterward. Can anyone explain what this message means and why it appears?

[2.6267701] amd_pstate: min_freq(0) or max_freq(0) or nominal_freq(0) value 1
[2.627257] amd_pstate: min_freq(0) or max_freq(0) or nominal_freq(0) value 1
[2.628934] amd_pstate: min_freq(0) or max_freq(0) or nominal_freq(0) value 1
[2.629839] amd_pstate: min_freq(0) or max_freq(0) or nominal_freq(0) value 1
[2.630783] amd_pstate: min_freq(0) or max_freq(0) or nominal_freq(0) value 1
[2.631771] amd_pstate: min_freq(0) or max_freq(0) or nominal_freq(0) value 1
[2.632779] amd_pstate: min_freq(0) or max_freq(0) or nominal_freq(0) value 1
[2.634028] amd_pstate: min_freq(0) or max_freq(0) or nominal_freq(0) value 1
[2.6350351] amd_pstate: min_freq(0) or max_freq(0) or nominal_freq(0) value 1
[2.636028] amd_pstate: min_freq(0) or max_freq(0) or nominal_freq(0) value 1
[2.637025] amd_pstate: min_freq(0) or max_freq(0) or nominal_freq(0) value 1
[2.6448061] amd_pstate: failed to register with return -19

This log appears even when no OS is installed. I mean, when I boot from the installation media to install Arch on an empty drive, the first thing that shows up after selecting the bootable drive is this message.

This above is the first question. And the second one:

I have a fresh installation of Arch Linux. I decided to start from scratch and installed the latest version 2-3 days ago, so everything is up to date. Today, when I powered on my PC and logged in with my root account, the reloader started, but then both monitors went black, and nothing happened. After restarting the PC, everything worked fine. Why did this happen? By the way, this isn't the first time it's occurred.

I'm using KDE Plasma and everything is updated.

If you need any other info, please let me know.

Re: amdpstate problem and black screen

Thank you @Xephon

The solution from that post solved the problem. I have updated the BIOS to a new version. My previous BIOS version is from 2020.
