espeakup suddenly stops when I using tts installation method

Hello,
I'm blind user and for installation of Arch enable speech mode during boot.
I report a problem that is present from 2025 live isos.
I have an Hp Elitebook 8460p and probably it's too legacy for kernel support, but when I using espeakup it's in every time suddenly it stops and I have audio glitches and I must reboot and redo from start.
This problem is very frustrating because it can be verify when I installing the OS.
Same problem on another pc, Lenovo thinkpad x220.

I hope that this problem can be solved.
