HDMI audio not working with Pipewire

Video output works just fine. I've tried with more than one TV/monitor, and it seems to be the same outcome with USB-C to Display Port. In configuring the built-in audio profile through a GUI tool like pavucontrol or an alternative, all options for HDMI are shown as (unavailable) and (unplugged).

Outcome of wpctl status:

PipeWire 'pipewire-0' [1.4.1, user@arch, cookie:3757728506]

Re: HDMI audio not working with Pipewire

What GPU? What cable? What TV? Are you sure the monitors/TVs have speakers? Pretty sure HDMI audio over USB-C/displayport is often not implemented at all

Re: HDMI audio not working with Pipewire

It's a laptop with Intel integrated graphics alongside a GeForce RTX 4060. This has been a reoccurring issue since I purchased the laptop and installed Arch since December. To name a few displays I've tried with, an older Samsung dumb TV, a ViewSonic XG2402 monitor, a new Google Smart TV, etc., all with different HDMI cables. All certain they have speakers.
