ffmpeg: symbol lookup error

hello,

i get the following error when i run ffmpeg/ffplay:

ffmpeg: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/libavcodec.so.51: undefined symbol: faacDecOpen

faad2 2.5-1, ffmpeg 20060920-1, archlinux-current

any ideas what to do? thank you.

It's due to faad2 update. Devs are aware of it.

Until it's rebuilt upstream, you might want to rebuild it yourself (go forth, power of ABS).

Using an SVN build this problem disappears.

run abs and then get it from /var/abs/extra/multimedia/ffmpeg
