Hey there,
I have been using linux a year ago on an old laptop dual booting win10 with ubuntu then arch but then when I got a new laptop ( ConceptD CN314-72P ) things changed...
When I try to dual boot win10 and arch then try to access bios using f2 key or advanced options on win10 the screen freezes and surprisingly I can access the bios using grub boot menu
The main reason I want to access bios is to change the boot order but when I checked it just showed me " 2. " and nothing else not even windows
I tried updating the bios but it was the latest version
I tried dowengrading it but it sayed I can't
I tried using the load defaults option in the bios but then it freezes and the only thing I can do is force shutdown using power button
WHAT DO I DO!!!!

And btw both windows and linux show in the boot menu when I click f12

Maybe related to "fast startup" from Windows? Is it enabled?
