Newer AMD GPU Fan Control (XFX 9070 XT Quicksilver)

New to posting on forums ever and noob on Linux, hello!

Recently got an XFX RX 9070 XT and it's fan speed is absolutely insane. I know there are ways to conveniently control it on Windows, but after trying what feels like every possible way to control the fans on Linux, I can't figure this out. Everything I'm seeing seems like there should be a `pwm1_enable` file for my AMDGPU to be able to control the fans associated which I don't have and what I'm seeing is this points to newer RDNA3+ GPU's not allowing manual fan control. Anybody have any luck controlling new AMD GPU fan speeds or am I just missing something here?

Also I have an on board GPU with my R7 9700X but I have it disabled in BIOS so there's only one GPU that shows in Linux.

Thanks in advance.
