Is it possible to share a file MediaWiki:Vector-2022.css
compatible with the current (1.43.1) DarkMode extension
for layouts html pages look like ArchWiki ?

If you just want to change that locally, there're browser extensions like stylus that allow you to locally override any webpages css.
