Under KDE, the Falkon browser may experience mouse dragging and screen

You can edit the desktop file KDE uses to launch falkon to include that same line, either via the menu editor from KDE (right click the kickoff menu -> edit menu entries...) or manually copying the desktop file from usr/share/applications/org.kde.falkon.desktop to ~/.local/share/applications and adjusting the Exec= line relevantly: https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Desktop_entries

You might want to just globally export that value anyway.
