Dead icon on cinnamon desktop[Solved]

I have 2 dead icons on my cinnamon desktop. I cannot right-or left click on them : nothing happens - they are completely dead
If I use the cinnamon menu and run the icons from the menu ( one at a time) , everything works fine

if I execute the command (geogebra)  from a terminal, it opens fine. Same for the other

If I use nemo filemanager and copy the 2 desktop icons ( from home/gg/desktop) to a folder on desktop, I can  right and left click from that folder and  everything works fine , so it is NOT the app-name.desktop that is wrong

Her is the shortest of the .desktops  ( just in case )

I suspect that something has happened to my icons, but reinstalling them did nothing
Any ideas ?

It was not solved : I reinstalled arch instead
