When I leave the system idle for long enough or run "sudo systemctl suspend", it used to just turn the screen off and go to sleep normally. It still does that every once in a while, but like half the time it just bugs out instead.
Now, once it's supposed to go to sleep, the monitor doesn't turn off, it turns the internet off, and sometimes the screen graphics start glitching out, and I can still use my programs seemingly normally (except for the no internet and glitchy graphics). After a seemingly random amount of time, it'll finally go to sleep properly, but until then, even if I interact with the computer, it will be in this weird half-asleep limbo state where the internet doesn't work and the graphics are glitching, and the only solution is to force restart the computer if I don't have time to wait for it to sort itself out.

I used to have an NVIDIA card but I replaced it with AMD and didn't uninstall the drivers. I also saw that and removed the "nvidia" package (I don't think I should remove the "nvidia-utils" package since it has alot of necessary packages that depend on it) and I ran "sudo systemctl disable nvidia-suspend", but it made no difference.
