KDE Themes doesn’t work properly on CachyOs

Hello my friends, im a user from CachyOs and i really need help with the CachyOs because the KDE doesnt work properly. I am a guy who likes to custom the system and when im trying to install any theme in KDE it just doesnt work, it says "Fail to adopt theme’'. I tried everything, including trying to install the themes by myself on the terminal but im terribly failing. it doesnt just happen when i try to install a single theme, but it also happens when i try to install ANY theme. My internet its stable, i tried to switch from Wayland to Xorg but nothing happens at all…
Im also using a Clean Install from CachyOs so i didnt broke the system.

Okay, but do you mean for real? Like, there is a rule  here saying i cant talk about a system based on ArchLinux or something else related to linux here? Not discussing or fighting, just trying to understand the rules here because im a new member.
