My system freezes randomly

SUMMARY: My pc freezes randomly. When it does the caps lock key blinks.

I'm using
CPU: Intel i5-8350U (8) @ 3.600GHz
GPU: Intel UHD Graphics 620
Memory: 1480MiB / 7813MiB

I've searched internet but I can't find right solution for my notebook. Thank you all for the support.

And i want explantion of what is the problem and how to fix it.(maybe i need to reboot several times to solve it)

The caps lock key blinking means there is a kernel panic
