Unexpected shutdown of the KDE system configuration center

Hello,
I have a problem with the KDE system configuration tool.
It opens fine but when I try to move through the different menus, it closes instantly.
When I launch it from a terminal, I have the same problem and I get the following message:

[laurent@dell-archlinux ~]$ systemsettings

Abandon (core dumped)

I couldn't find anything in the forum, reinstalling the package didn't help.

I've reinstalled to earlier versions and that solved the problem.

bugs.kde.org, including a proper backtrace with debug symbols.

had the exact same problem today, with the exact same exception message being printed.

Some more info that might be useful: it only happened when and if i scrolled, found out disabling Prefer smooth scrolling under  Workspace > General Behavior stopped it from happening.
