I tried to reinstall archlinux, but after reboot there was a boot-menu with 2 options: arch-linux arch-linux-fallback options. I formatted disk many times, tried different distros, options, but result is the same. Only boot options added: debian, grub, Linux Boot Manager... I tried to remove it in BIOS, but it's impossible. Moreover, when I enter "Setup mode", I've got some warnings on screen about Formsets, statuses (Device Error, Not Found, etc.). I tried to restore Factory Settings, but it didn't work.
I tried to follow this idea but it didn't work in my case.
Please, help me to solve this issue.

Let's start at the beginning: what are you trying to achieve? Because having "arch-linux" as a boot option after installing Arch sounds like a successful outcome, not a problem. Also don't say "didn't work", we don't know what that means, give us actual error messages.

I tried to install Archlinux in secureboot. I installed system in Setup mode, created and enrolled keys, then - final step - log out, unmount and reboot. After I finished, I reboot laptop and got not Archlinux logo, but some weird boot options on the screen. There are no error messages. I tried to choose options, but nothing worked - just blinking of the screen and the same blue boot menu.

What is "Setup mode"? Are you not using the Installation Guide? Again, don't paraphrase by saying "weird boot options", describe what is on the screen.

By "Setup mode" I mean one of the options in BIOS "Secure Boot" section. There are "User Mode" and "Setup Mode". Before I started installation, I reset Setup mode.
I used this guide. It worked flawlessly with all laptops (Lenovo, Dell) which I installed Archlinux.
