Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. RTS525A mmc0 error -110

Hi all,
When inserting a known working SD card into my Dell XPS 9360's SD card reader i get mmc0: error -110 whilst initialising SD card. I am using kernel 6.14.5-arch1-1. Many people in the past were having this issue on older kernels years ago and it was supposedly fixed but I cannot find an up to date solution.
Thanks,
Jon

Could you try the latest mainline kernel?

sudo pacman -U https://pkgbuild.com/\~gromit/linux-bisection-kernels/linux-mainline-6.15rc6-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.zst

Did this work on your machine in the recent time? I.e. does it work when you switch to linux-lts or downgrade to a far older kernel?
