Realtek ALC245 Issues with Forward speaker

Greetings! My laptop (Victus by HP Gaming Laptop 15-fb0xxx) has 3 speakers (made by bang&olufsen); placed in front of the screen, and 2 downward-firing speakers at the bottom. The speakers at the sides seem to work fine, but the forward facing doesnt.

This issue seemingly doesnt exist on Windows and have tested for the same. Also followed a few guides and forums that i will be linking below
