missing Belgium layout KDE

Hi,

I'm new to Arch and I'm having an issue with my keyboard layout. I use the Belgian (comma) layout, which is slightly different from the default Belgian layout available in the system.

In particular:

   - On the default layout, AltGr + 4 produces ¼, but on my layout it should produce {.

   - Similarly, AltGr + 5 should give [, not ½.

This layout seems to be missing from the options in the KDE settings or localectl.
Is there a way to install or enable additional keyboard layout variants, specifically the Belgian (comma) one?

You're describing a french layout feature, no such thing is in /usr/share/xkb/symbols/be

Is https://kbdlayout.info/KBDBENE/ the keyboard layout you're using ?

If so, one of the keymaps in /usr/share/kbd/keymaps/i386/azerty may work for you .

The console layouts cannot be used on X11 (or wayland which also uses xkb) but iirc there're converters.
Parts of that look like be(nodeadkeys) but no belgian xkb layout has the braces on 4/5…
