That your board vendor implemented acpi by poking around until windows booted.
Nothing at hand. It's worth looking at them if you've issues with the hardware that cannot be explained by driver bugs, ebkac or a parallel windows installatio (if you have one: 3rd link below…)
Yes, with a firmware (UEFI/BIOS) update - if there is one and if it addresses any of those (I'd stay away from firmware updates until you know you need them)
