Hi, Arch community
After fiddling with my BIOS settings "i.e. disabling hyper threading on Intel cpu", saved the changes and boot back just to catch the kernel panic, thank to the new QR message the link it provides is as it follows Panic Report

Thanks alot, that stops the kernel panic issue, time to figure out the source issue in the DSDT.
