Hybrid graphics (NVIDIA and AMD) and powersave

There is high battery drain on my HP Victus Laptop 16-e0xxx with NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Mobile and AMD Ryzen 5 5600H with integrated GPU. I have installed nvidia driver. Games and other application works fine with PRIME. But NVIDIA never power off, cat /sys/class/drm/card0/device/power/runtime_status always show D0, even when none of processes are using dedicated GPU. I have tryed adding

options nvidia "NVreg_EnableGpuFirmware=0"
options nvidia "NVreg_DynamicPowerManagement=0x02"

to /etc/modprobe.d/nvidia.conf.

cat /proc/driver/nvidia/gpus/0000:01:00.0/power shows

Runtime D3 status: Enabled (fine-grained)
Video Memory: Active

GPU Hardware Support:
 Video Memory Self Refresh: Supported
 Video Memory Off: Supported

S0ix Power Management:
 Platform Support: Not Supported
 Status: Disabled

Notebook Dynamic Boost: Supported

But there is no result. BTW, I am using KDE on Wayland now, but ready for migrating to Xorg.
