Microphone audio with loud noise

Hello! It seems out that my microphone on Arch (it doesn't happen on Windows btw) has an issue of having a noise so high that even noise suppression software can't handle it. I don't know what is causing that, but i'm pretty sure it's not hardware related.
I'm using pipewire  as cliente.

My audio device is Advanced Micro Devices [AMD] Starship/Matisse HD Audio

Please wrap outputs in [ code ] not [ quote ] tags and post the output of

amixer -c1

Random guess, stereo on a mic input is often a lie and trying to use a device as such can break in various ways, try a

pactl set-source-volume alsa_input.pci-0000_09_00.4.analog-stereo 0% 100% #or the reverse 100% 0%
