Desktop won't wake from suspend

Hi all, my desktop for whatever reason won't wake from sleep (unless i turn it on within ~2 minutes of putting it to sleep).
When I try to turn it on, the power button light on my desktop turns on and off with a fairly high frequency (about twice a second) and the CPU fans are quiet, while the GPU fans turn off. When I try to force reboot, it takes a while, and the power button light continues to blink quickly, before the power button LED turns solid and the the GPU fans kick in.
Looking at journalctl, there don't seem to be any logs from after I turn it back on. I've put

journalctl -b-1 -r

output at https://pastebin.com/0dUtSG5w for reference. Note that there wasn't any logs from when I tried to turn the PC on.
My system specs are:
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7600X,
- GPU: AMD Radeon 6900 XT,
- Motherboard: Asrock B650I Lightning Wifi,
I'm happy to provide more details if I've missed out something important.
