Hi there!
I've installed Cinnamon on my Arch system and ran into the following problem: periodically (about half of the cases) the system shuts down for a long time - the "Stop job" starts and ends only after a timeout (1 minute and 30 seconds).
The system is completely fresh, installed about a week ago.
There is no such problem with other DE (XFCE, for example).
I was analyzing the logs and noticed that the cinnamon-launch process was preventing the system from shutting down, but I don't know how to solve this problem.
Help me, dear people. The option to reduce the timeout is not suitable.
The logs was captured as described here

I found what causing this issue - that's Nekoray. When I close it manually before reboot/shutdown the problem doesn't show up.
Tried to reinstall it with full config wipe - nothing.
Reinstalled Arch from scratch - nothing.
Nekoray doesn't let Cinnamon to close session which makes systemd wait.
There is no such issue with other DE's.
I don't know whose problem this is - Nekoray or Cinnamon.

Solved by downgrading Nekoray to 4.0.1.
P. S. New Nekoray is simply piece of garbage. It works unstable on Windows too.
