Can't toggle fullscreen on Minecraft Beta 1.7.3 with Qtile

Have searched around info on this. On openbox, everything works fine.

I'm using Prism Launcher. Pressing F11 (to toggle fullscreen) just makes the instance "flash", but it does nothing else. I'm guessing it is something java related, since the newer ones work just fine.

What is your desktop environment that you are currently using? I need this to know which shortcut to give you.
