Help requested with arch not booting

Long story short I was repartitioning my dual boot install because I needed more space and now it just won't boot, This is just one of those headaches that make me want to rip my hair out, I have arch install media and have chrooted into Arch numerous times to fix this and am completely exhausted of options, here is what the issue looks like. https://imgur.com/a/DCPQKpk

Re: Help requested with arch not booting

How did you go about the repartitioning? And did you shrink the filesystem before the partition?
What partitions did you change how exactly (currend "fdisk -l", what grew, what shrunk)?
