Firefox unresponsive KDE Plasma 6.3.5 wayland

fresh install and every time I use Firefox I eventually cant use the url bar, back/forward buttons, tabs. etc.. only fix is ripping tab off and putting back.
any help appreciated thanks.

Try to open firefox in commandline:
> firefox

How many tabs do you have open?

Do other applications work correctly?

Something similar has happened to me a few times, but in X11.
It just randomly doesn't let me close the tabs, use the url bar or touch any button but the mouse still works and I can right click and then close the tabs.
The only solution is to close and open again.

Same here with KDE+Wayland+Firefox. After previous update at 2025-06-07 everything was okay, but when I updated 2025-06-14 I've got same problem.
