SOLVED-Can't change .run to allow executing file as program in dolphin

When i try to check the "execute: _ allow executing file as program" on a .run file, i get the error "Changing the attributes of files is not supported with protocol recentlyused."

I know i can do it through the terminal, but would like to be able to do it in dolphin.

EDIT: <SOLVED> Like most things, just had to update. "sudo pacman -Syu"
