I have pipewire installed on my system and I don't have any sound coming out from speakers or headset. It shows full volume on taskbar and multiple output source are shown. I reinstalled pipewire but nothing changed.

First, make sure the correct audio output device is selected in KDE System Settings -> Input & Output -> Sound.

Now, sound that should be coming from right speaker is coming from left and sound that should come from left speaker is coming from left. There are 2 sources showing in sound and settings page.
1. Family 17h/19h/1ah HD Audio Controller Pro
2. Rembrandt Radeon High Defintion Audio Controller Pro
and sound only comes from 1st one.

Family 17h/19h/1ah is onboard chipset sound hardware (the one where you use 3.5mm jacks to the mic and speakers), the Rembrandt is from your AMD GPU via HDMI.
"Pro Audio" is a profile of pipewire. If you click on "Show Channels" at the onboard one (hidden behind the popup menu in your screen), what are the channel volumes?
