Problems with gphoto2 and Panasonic DMC-LX2

Hello,

when I try to get the images of my Panasonic Lumix DMC-LX2 with gphoto2,
I get the following errors:

*** Error ***
PTP I/O error
24.449972 gphoto2-port(2): Closing port...
24.452140 context(0): An error occurred in the io-library ('Unspecified error'): Could not query kernel driver of device.

*** Error ***

*** Error (-1: 'Unspecified error') ***

The output of gphoto2 --auto-detect is:

Model Port

The output of gphoto2 --debug -P is here: http://pastebin.com/870763

This is the output of dmesg when I plug in the camera:

I ran everything as root to make sure it isn't a rights problem.

I can load the images of my older Canon Ixus 30 cam and the cam works with my
Mac, so it's no hardware issue.

Thanks in advance! smile
