Internal speakers not working after a shut down with the power button

My internal speakers have stopped working entirely, headphones (both cabled and bluetooth) work as they normally would. This issue has happened in another instance as well, only solution being a fresh install but I'd like to know if there is any solution that doesn't require a fresh install.

MSI Thin 15 Laptop
KDE PLasma 6
Pipewire audio.

I'd like to add that this issue persists even after multiple fresh installs, which I guess makes it hardware related

And all 'alsa tricks' are tried ? See documentation (alsa-utils). Is pavucontrol installed ?

"Re-installing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results …"

pactl list cards
pactl list sources
pactl list sinks
aplay -lL
amixer -Dhw:0
amixer -Dhw:1

Also probably better post your complete system journal for the boot:

sudo journalctl -b | curl -F 'file=@-' 0x0.st
