Newbie here, I can't boot from usb where's the Arch Installation media is, and this happens only when Arch is on the usb. When I made the Windows installation media, it booted up from usb, but when I made the Arch installation media on the USB, it even won't boot up. The error it's giving - Boot Fail and Ok button which reboots me back to Windows. I used Rufus to make the USB and used the ISO mode instead of the DD and made Partition scheme GPT and Target system UEFI (non-CSM). Any solution? (DD mode doesn't work too)

Try it with the DD mode in Rufus and then report back.

Manual use of DD under Windows
For manual formatting, do not use dd for Windows to dd the ISO to the USB drive either.

please refer to the wiki: https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Instal … nvironment
Note: Arch Linux installation images do not support Secure Boot. You will need to disable Secure Boot to boot the installation medium. If desired, Secure Boot can be set up after completing the installation.
as you're new to arch - an advice: the wiki sometimes isn't written well for beginners - so it's general a good idea to first read the entire page - think about it - and then read it again with thinking about each section
you will find a lot of information - it's just not that obvious sometimes or out of order
