there is zero response and zero activity on that website. Is it completely dead?
Like, it doesn't even help asking this question over there, as nothing is gonna happen, lol.

https://archlinuxarm.org/forum/index.php does show activity in the last week for several sub-boards, so it isn't dead.

Disliking systemd intensely, but not satisfied with alternatives so focusing on taming systemd.

Btw why are archlinux for all other architectures and then specifically archlinux for arm separated? Is there some personal trouble between the responsible people or anything happened in the past?

Archlinux arm was started around 2009 .
supporting both x86_64 and arm was discussed, but the differences were deemed to big (especially on kernel level) .
Also archlinux tooling was not up to the task .
Starting archlinux arm as a separate distro that was allowed to use archlinux logo & trademark was felt to be the best course.
It was hoped at sometime in the future arm could be integrated but sofar that didn't happen.
Tooling has been improved and archlinux devs have recently started processes to allow officially supporting multiple architectures .
The simplest way to follow progress for non-devs is to subscribe to arch-dev-public ML or check its archives .
arch dev-public thread is the most recent thread about non-x86_64 contributions.

Fwiw (probably nothing), I've made the same experience in the past, which is one of the reasons I'm not using ALARM.

Arch Linux was originally developed only for the x86 and x86_64 architectures. Several years ago support for x86 was dropped due to too much effort for a too small user base.
So, current Arch Linux only supports the x86_64 architecture, which is not "all other architectures".

Ah, I was refering to the subforum here that says "Other Architectures, just NOT arm". ^^
