Do you want an alternative to the image or to neofetch?

fastfetch or another alternative is what you should be using rather than the defunct neofetch.
fastfetch does allow custom logos and logo customisation.

If you want the image that he has used there, the author of that article has provided their email, so maybe just try asking him for it, no harm in sending a polite email asking where he got that image from or if he can send it.
