[amd] Monitor freezes when any app goes fullscreen

I have 3 monitors:
- 120hz displayport
- 240hz displayport
- 120hz hdmi

Whenver I fullscreen anything on the hdmi one, it acts like it loses connection (the whole screen goes black and the backlight turns off). It's consistent between reboots, and it never happens on any other monitor.
This started recently when I switched from a nvidia card to an AMD one. Nothing seems to show up in dmesg or journalctl when this happens. I'm on KDE on wayland.
