[SOLVED] Hybrid AMD/NVIDIA Laptop problem stutter framedrop

I still do have problems regarding hyprland stuttering (cursor is not moving smoothly) when an external display is plugged in, I cannot go back to a previous version of hyprland forever so I wonder if anyone has a solution :

tried playing a youtube 4k video i have about 50% frame drop.

ok nevermind you just have to disable hardware_cursor

cursor {
    no_hardware_cursors=true
  }
