Why my Edge browser icon pop out from task manager when I open it? And when I close it, the icon will go back to where it was

and if I open some more tabs it will have 2 edge icon here --> https://paste.c-net.org/EpisodePatch

Also, edge browser sometimes halt and crash

as modern edge is based on chromium have you tried other chromium-based browsers like chromium or chrome?
also: why would you use edge on linux anyway?

First one seems KDE/plasma related - you're starting w/ an application launcher and that gets substituted w/ a taskbar item.
Second one falls into the same category, but now you've the launcher AND the taskbar item. Why that would hinge on the tab count: no idea.

No, I never used chrome

To get syncronized with my windows and cell-phone which both use edge browser (I used to use firefox)

Isn't the application launcher only the plasma icon one? I added the edge icon with "Pin to task manager", also this issue never happened with firefox

Check edge settings on whether something akin to "show tabs as windows" is enabled. it's very likely this setting leads to edge trying to distinct different "windows" by changing the windows id to the tab page name or similar, which will in turn disjoint the running window from the launcher and lead to multiple windows showing

added a direct launcher link ("desktop icon")

How do you open new tabs? The plus icon in the browser or by launching more instances (from the dock icon)?

Also, Another reason I quit firefox is some websites pop out error: PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR

this is 99% because of VPN I am using, and edge can access to these sites
