I was reinstalling arch (specifically step 3 i.e.Configure the system) when I accidentally pressed the super/meta key.
for some reason it logged me out and it is asking me for "archiso login".
I had yet not set any password or made any users/groups.
I pretty much just formatted the drives (not fully, like 90% there) and configured the system defaults and what not.
any kind of response is much appreciated, and I did glance through the docs about posting yet still sorry if I made mistakes.

That sounds weird. As if zsh has crashed. No idea, what could cause that. Or, perhaps, you switched to a different console somehow? Try Alt+<digit> or Alt+<arrows> to switch around them.
I haven’t done that for a long time, but I believe you should be able to log back in to the system with the user root. Press enter, when it asks for password (it is empty).
If you alrady shut down the system, but you did that cleanly, the data should be intact and you are able to continue from where you stopped. If you’re still in live ISO stage remember to repeat the steps setting up ISO system itself (keybord/font, internet connectivity, clock).
