URGENT! KDE Plasma BROKE HELP

KDE Plasma black loading slowly then there is an unchangable black wallpaper and when i try to switch it there are no other options, nor can i import my on wallpaper.
I Tried deleting the configs, reinstalling LITERALLY EVERYTHING, Nvidia is configured correctly

First, fix your title to remove pleas, redundancy and exclamation points.   You might read the article linked in my signature.

Is your system up to date?  Can you change to a different tty using Ctrl-Alt-F2 (or F3 through F6)?  Are you using sddm?  Plasma or X11?
